thy tk11 Mobile App — The Full Platform in Your Hand
Everything on the thy tk11 website is also in the app — and in some ways easier to use. The Android APK and the iOS version are both available through official channels. For details on the installation process and the APK, visit the thy tk11 APK Download and Installation Guide page.
The app is built specifically for small screens, so navigation is straightforward, buttons are large and games load quickly. It has been designed with Bangladesh's network conditions in mind.
- Android and iOS — separate versions for both platforms
- Available through official channels
- Same account and balance as the website
- Bangla-language support directly from the app

The thy tk11 app and web version share the same account and the same balance. When you log in to the app, it shows the same balance you had on the web — nothing extra needs to be done.
There are still some practical differences between the two, which the comparison below makes clear:

| Push Notifications | Available | Limited |

How to Keep Your Account Secure on Your Phone
thy tk11's app uses OTP verification when you log in. Each time you log in, an OTP is sent to your number or email, and you need to confirm it before your account opens. For details on the login process and account management, visit the thy tk11 Login page.
- Keep your phone's screen lock (PIN or biometric) on — this adds an extra layer before the app can be opened.
- Never share your OTP with anyone, even if someone claims to be thy tk11 support — real support never asks for your OTP.
- Use a unique password — do not use a password on thy tk11 that you use on any other site.
- Do not share your account password or login details with family or friends.
These Habits Will Keep the App Running Well
Stable Connection
Use stable mobile data or Wi-Fi when playing live betting or live casino. A weak connection may cause delays when submitting bets.
Keep the App Updated
When a new update is available, install it from the official channel. Updates bring new features and fix existing issues.
Keep an Eye on Your Battery
Live match betting or long slot sessions use more battery. Having a power bank or charger nearby means you can play without interruption.
Keep Notifications On
With app notifications on, you will be notified directly about new promotions, bonuses and match results.
