2. Account Registration

To open an account at thy tk11, a member must provide accurate and current personal information. Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of the rules and the accounts involved may be closed.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Password (minimum 8 characters, combining numbers and letters)

2.2 Accuracy of Information

If information provided during account registration is found to be false or misleading, thy tk11 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. When submitting a withdrawal request, the member may be required to submit necessary documents as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If your password is lost or you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the thy tk11 support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at thy tk11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for all methods)
• Deposits are generally credited to the balance instantly
• Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be treated as suspicious

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• If identity verification is incomplete, processing of the withdrawal request may be delayed

4.3 Transaction Security

thy tk11 uses SSL encryption to keep all financial transactions secure. The company will never ask for your payment PIN or OTP via email or chat. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and notify the support team immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

thy tk11 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms that apply alongside the general terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw, wagering of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once (where stated in the offer)
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• The maximum stake per bet using a bonus may be limited
• If fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account will be suspended
• thy tk11 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time

5.3 Weekly and Special Offers

thy tk11 provides regular offers such as weekly reload rewards, Friday special offers, and cricket festival bonuses. Each offer has its own minimum deposit, maximum bonus limit, and wagering requirements. Members are also eligible for a special birthday gift if their date of birth is registered in their account. Rewards are also available for referring friends.

6. Betting Rules

Sports betting, casino, and other gaming services at thy tk11 are governed by the following rules.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed, unless permitted under the specific rules of the relevant game or event. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, thy tk11 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.

6.2 Determining Results

For sports betting, the official result or the announcement by the relevant sports body shall be considered final. For casino and slot games, both the result displayed in the game interface and the game provider's server logs will be used to determine the outcome.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

If a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or a device problem, the result will be determined based on information stored in the server logs. In such cases, no claim by the member will be accepted if the server logs do not contain complete data for that game.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Company Authority

thy tk11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account, for any reason and without prior notice — particularly if the member violates these terms or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity.

8.2 Balance Outcome on Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, all bonuses and any winnings obtained through prohibited activity may be forfeited. However, the legitimate portion of the member's own deposits may be returned subject to investigation.

8.3 Account Closure at Member's Request

A member who wishes to close their own account may submit a request through the support channel. If there is any outstanding bonus wagering at the time of closure, it will be cancelled and the bonus balance will not be refunded.

10. Limitation of Liability

thy tk11 aims to make members' gaming experience on the platform uninterrupted and satisfactory, however the company will not be liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the member's internet connection or device problems
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers
• Force majeure (natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, etc.)
• Loss caused by the member's own mistake or negligence
